A Nigerian mother has sparked conversation on social media after gifting her daughter a pet goat, telling her it is her new sister.
The incident was captured in a viral video on TikTok.
In the video, the mother returns home and finds the goat outside the house. She immediately calls her daughter, explaining that the 5-day-old goat shouldn't be outside.
She instructs her daughter to pick up the goat, as it is a gift and pet for her.
The mother goes on to declare that the goat is now her daughter's new 'big sister,' and encourages her to feed it milk, take it to her bedroom, pet it, and ensure it sleeps well.
