A South Sudanese tourist has stirred reactions after declaring that her trip to Nigeria helped her overcome her mental health struggle with depression.
In a now-viral video, the unidentified lady shared her emotional transformation, urging others battling similar mental health struggles in her country to consider visiting the West African nation.
"Guys, you are not depressed, you just need to travel to Nigeria. I thought I was depressed, but once I booked that flight to Nigeria, I am no longer depressed," she said joyfully.
Her statement, delivered with visible joy, has drawn a wave of reactions, ranging from pride to scepticism, among Nigerian social media users, many of whom were surprised at the unexpected endorsement.
